3. Meta Platform Data and Lead Ads

INIQAI provides integrations that allow authorized business clients to connect selected Facebook Pages and Meta Lead Ads forms to their private INIQReal CRM environment.

When a business client authorizes such an integration, we may receive and process information submitted by an individual through the client's selected Meta lead form. This may include:

We process Meta Platform Data only to provide the service authorized by the business client. INIQAI does not sell Meta Platform Data, rent it to third parties, combine it with unrelated advertising profiles, or use it for advertising purposes unrelated to the authorized client's enquiry-management service.

Each client's information is maintained within its authorized environment. A client is not permitted to access another client's leads, credentials, configuration, or customer information.

Access credentials used for Meta integrations are restricted to authorized systems and personnel. Credentials are not included in customer records or ordinary application logs.
