How to request deletion
To request deletion of your INIQ SalesOS account and associated data, email support@iniqai.com with a copy to developer.iniqai@gmail.com.
Please include the following details in your email so we can identify and verify the correct account:
- Registered email address
- Company code or company name
- Request text: "Delete my INIQ SalesOS account and associated data"
Email request is enough for now. This page is public and accessible without login, and requesting deletion does not require reinstalling the app.
Account creation model
INIQ SalesOS accounts are created by authorised company or tenant administrators. Users cannot self-register for public access inside the app.
Data that may be deleted
- App account/profile data
- Authentication-linked profile records
- App usage records linked to the account where deletion is legally and operationally permitted
- Device/push notification tokens linked to the account
- Personal data associated with the user account
Data that may be retained
- Some data may be retained where required for legal, security, audit, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, contractual, tax, regulatory, or business-compliance reasons
- Tenant or company business records may require verification or approval through the authorised company administrator
