How to request deletion

To request deletion of your INIQ SalesOS account and eligible associated personal data, email support@iniqai.com.

Please include enough information for us to identify and verify the correct account:

Registered email address or phone number
Company code or company name
Request text: "Delete my INIQ SalesOS account and associated personal data"

An email request is sufficient. This page is publicly accessible without login, and you do not need to reinstall the app to submit a deletion request.

Account creation model

INIQ SalesOS accounts are created by authorized company or tenant administrators. Users do not self-register for public access inside the app.

Data that may be deleted

App account and profile data
Authentication-linked profile records
Device or push-notification tokens linked to the account
Personal information directly associated with the user account where deletion is permitted
Account-linked usage records where deletion is legally, contractually and operationally permitted

Data that may be retained

Information that must be retained for legal, security, audit, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, contractual, tax, regulatory or compliance reasons
Business records belonging to the employer, developer or tenant organization where those records are not the user's personal account data
Records whose deletion requires verification or action by the authorized company administrator
Limited copies temporarily retained in secured backups until they are removed through the normal backup lifecycle
