Understand
Start with what the buyer is actually trying to achieve: location, budget, home requirements, timing, preferences and constraints.
KEYWAY · UNDER IMPLEMENTATION
KeyWay is an AI-assisted property decision experience being built by INIQAI to help buyers understand what they need, explore suitable participating projects, compare alternatives and make more informed property decisions.
THE BUYER PROBLEM
Buyers can already find projects through search engines, property portals, advertisements, social media, brokers and developer websites.
The harder part begins after discovery: understanding which option actually fits, comparing projects fairly, identifying trade-offs and deciding what deserves a closer look.
Important information is often distributed across brochures, websites, conversations, price sheets, regulatory documents and sales teams. Buyers are left to assemble that picture themselves.
FROM SEARCH TO DECISION
KeyWay is being designed around a simple idea: the objective is not to show the largest possible number of properties. It is to help a buyer understand which available choices deserve their attention and why.
Start with what the buyer is actually trying to achieve: location, budget, home requirements, timing, preferences and constraints.
Use structured property knowledge to surface participating projects that are relevant to those requirements.
Compare suitable options using meaningful property facts and trade-offs instead of forcing the buyer to reconcile scattered information manually.
Help the buyer narrow the choice and, only when they choose to proceed, create a consent-controlled enquiry or site-visit request.
PRECISION OVER VOLUME
Traditional property discovery often optimizes for inventory, visibility and lead volume. But a buyer does not need every available project. They need the projects that fit their actual situation.
KeyWay is intended to use buyer requirements and structured property knowledge to make the discovery process more precise.
For developers, that creates a different objective as well: not simply more leads, but more suitable buyers reaching the right projects with better context.
COMPARISON MATTERS
Buying a home is rarely a one-option decision. Buyers compare location, price, configuration, space, amenities, possession expectations, payment structure and many other factors.
KeyWay is being designed to help make those differences understandable rather than presenting projects as isolated listings.
The goal is to explain relevant trade-offs so the buyer can understand why one property may fit their requirements differently from another.
BUILT ON PROPERTY KNOWLEDGE
General AI models can reason, explain and converse. But property decisions also depend on access to structured, current and attributable project information.
KeyWay is therefore intended to operate on top of INIQ Knowledge, the governed property information layer being developed by INIQAI.
The AI layer may evolve over time. The property knowledge underneath it is the infrastructure that gives the experience useful real-estate context.
Learn about INIQ KnowledgeAI WITH A CLEAR BOUNDARY
KeyWay is intended to assist buyers by interpreting requirements, retrieving relevant information, explaining differences and supporting comparison.
The AI itself should not invent property facts or silently turn uncertain information into certainty. Important answers should remain grounded in the property information available to the system and the context attached to that information.
Buyers should still independently verify important legal, financial, regulatory, engineering and transaction-specific matters before making a purchase decision.
CONSENT BEFORE HANDOFF
A buyer may want to explore, compare and ask questions without immediately being passed to a sales team.
KeyWay is being designed so the buyer chooses when to move from research into a developer interaction.
When the buyer explicitly requests an enquiry or site visit, the appropriate information can be shared with the relevant participating developer to support that request.
The intention is not to automatically expose a buyer's full conversation, private reasoning or competing shortlist simply because they ask to connect with one developer.
NOT ANOTHER LISTING PORTAL
Property portals, Google, Meta, developer websites, brokers and other channels can continue helping buyers discover projects.
KeyWay is intended to focus on the decision layer after that discovery: understanding the buyer, reasoning over participating property knowledge, comparing suitable choices and helping the buyer decide what to do next.
That means the objective is not to replace every property discovery channel. It is to make the journey from discovery to decision more intelligent.
TRUST IN MATCHING
The usefulness of a decision platform depends on whether the buyer can trust the reasoning behind what they see.
KeyWay is being designed so organic property matching can be based on buyer requirements and available property knowledge, rather than secretly favoring a project simply because a developer pays INIQAI.
If commercial placements or sponsored experiences are introduced in the future, they should be distinguishable from organic decision support rather than hidden inside it.
FOR DEVELOPERS
A buyer who has already understood a project, compared alternatives and identified why it may fit their requirements can approach the developer with more useful context.
That does not guarantee a sale. It can, however, shift the interaction away from raw lead volume toward more meaningful buyer intent.
Developers do not need to use INIQReal OS in order to participate in the future Knowledge and KeyWay ecosystem.

The initial KeyWay experience is under implementation. The first direction is focused on AI-assisted property understanding, comparison and buyer-controlled enquiry and site-visit handoff using participating project knowledge.
More advanced capabilities can evolve later as the underlying Knowledge network, buyer experience and real-estate intelligence layers mature.
