INIQ KNOWLEDGE · UNDER IMPLEMENTATION

Better property decisions
need better knowledge underneath.

INIQ Knowledge is being built as a governed information layer for real estate: a way to organize important project information with clearer structure, source context, freshness and publication control.

THE INFORMATION PROBLEM

Real-estate information is often available.
That does not mean it is usable knowledge.

A residential project can have important information spread across regulatory records, brochures, floor plans, price sheets, sales teams, websites, messaging applications and internal systems.

Those sources may describe the same project differently, may have been created at different times and may not clearly show which information is still current.

That creates a difficult foundation for both people and AI systems trying to understand a property accurately.

THE KNOWLEDGE LAYER

Turn fragmented project information
into governed property knowledge.

INIQ Knowledge is designed to give participating developers a structured way to maintain information that can later support websites, buyer experiences, AI-assisted decision tools and other approved distribution channels.

Structured

Property information should exist as usable knowledge, not only as scattered brochures, messages, spreadsheets and web pages.

Attributable

Important information should retain context about where it came from and who supplied or approved it.

Current

Time-sensitive information such as pricing, availability, offers and construction progress needs freshness context.

Governed

Changes should follow controlled publication and approval processes instead of silently replacing earlier information.

Historical

When important facts change, the system should preserve meaningful history rather than treating every update as if the past never existed.

Machine-usable

Knowledge should be structured so digital products and AI systems can reason over it more reliably.

WHAT IT CAN ORGANIZE

One project.
Many categories of knowledge.

Depending on the participating project and available sources, the knowledge layer may organize information such as project identity, developer details, location, regulatory references, unit configurations, floor plans, specifications, amenities, pricing context, payment information, possession information, construction updates and other approved project facts.

The objective is not simply to collect more data. It is to preserve enough context around important information for people and software to understand what it means, where it came from and whether it is still relevant.

CHANGE WITHOUT ERASING HISTORY

Property facts change.
The knowledge model should understand that.

A property is not a static catalogue item. Prices change. Availability changes. Offers expire. Construction progresses. Possession expectations can be revised.

INIQ Knowledge is being designed so important changes can create new governed knowledge rather than simply overwriting an old value with no context.

This gives downstream experiences a stronger foundation for understanding both current information and meaningful change over time.

PUBLIC AND PRIVATE BOUNDARIES

Publishing property knowledge
should not expose private operations.

INIQ Knowledge is intended to separate information approved for external use from a developer's private operational data.

Internal sales notes, private customer information, team activity and other restricted operational records should not become public merely because a developer participates in the knowledge network.

Only information intended and authorized for the relevant use should cross that boundary.

REALOS IS OPTIONAL

The knowledge network is not limited
to RealOS customers.

A developer should be able to participate in INIQ Knowledge whether it uses INIQReal OS, another CRM or ERP, or no dedicated operating platform.

RealOS can provide a connected operational environment for developers that choose it, but it is not intended to become a prerequisite for participating in the wider property knowledge infrastructure.

THE AI CONNECTION

AI can reason.
It still needs reliable context.

General AI models are increasingly capable of helping people understand property concepts, ask complex questions and compare alternatives.

But the quality of a property decision still depends on the information available underneath the reasoning process.

INIQ Knowledge is being built as that property-specific information foundation. KeyWay is the buyer-facing experience intended to use governed knowledge to help people understand, compare and narrow property choices.
